📘 Buyer Instructions: Securing Your Purchase
To ensure a smooth experience and protect your funds, please follow these steps for every transaction:
Step 1: Immediate Verification
As soon as you receive the gift card details, verify the balance immediately on the official issuer's website (e.g., Amazon.com, Walmart.com). Do not use third-party "balance checker" sites.
Step 2: Secure the Value
We strongly recommend adding the card to your personal account or using it in a retail transaction immediately. Once a transaction is confirmed, you assume full responsibility for the security of that balance.
Step 3: The 24-Hour Window
You have exactly 24 hours to manually Confirm or Reject the transaction.
- Confirm: If the balance is correct, click "Confirm" to release funds to the seller.
- Reject: If the code is invalid or the balance is wrong, you must click "Reject" before the timer expires.
Step 4: Providing Proof (If Rejecting)
To file a dispute, you must upload a screenshot or video showing the error message or incorrect balance on the official issuer's site. Without this proof, the transaction will automatically confirm after 24 hours.
💰 Seller Instructions: Listing and Payouts
Get paid faster and avoid disputes by following these best practices:
Step 1: Accurate Listings
Ensure the brand, face value, and current balance are 100% accurate. Misleading listings are grounds for account suspension.
Step 2: Code Security
Do not share the gift card details with anyone outside of the GiftCardHub.net platform. Once you list a card, do not attempt to use the balance yourself.
Step 3: The Waiting Period
When a buyer purchases your card, the funds are held in escrow. The buyer has 24 hours to verify the card.
Step 4: Getting Paid
Your funds will be released to your account as soon as the buyer clicks Confirm. If the buyer is inactive, the system will automatically release your funds exactly 24 hours after the card details were delivered.
Step 5: Handling Disputes
If a buyer rejects a card, they must provide verifiable proof. GiftCardHub.net will review the evidence. If the buyer cannot provide proof of an issue, the dispute will be closed in your favor.
