1. Acceptance and Use of Service

By accessing or using GiftCardHub.net ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate, truthful information regarding your listings, account, and identity.

2. Listings and Transactional Finality

  • Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing details, including the brand, balance, and expiration date.
  • Buyer Verification: Upon receiving gift card details, the Buyer is responsible for immediate verification of the balance via the official issuer's website or phone line.
  • Transfer of Risk: Once a transaction is Confirmed, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for the gift card balance and security. GiftCardHub.net strongly encourages Buyers to protect their purchase immediately by adding the card to a personal account, transferring the balance, or redeeming it in a retail transaction.
  • Automated Confirmation: If the Buyer fails to manually Confirm or Reject a transaction within twenty-four (24) hours of the card details being provided, the transaction will be automatically confirmed by the system.
  • No Refunds After Confirmation: Once a transaction is confirmed (manually or automatically), all sales are final. GiftCardHub.net will not facilitate refunds or reversals for any reason after this point.

3. Rejection and Proof of Balance

To protect the integrity of the marketplace, a Buyer may only Reject a transaction if the gift card balance is significantly different from the listing or if the code is invalid.

  • Evidence Requirement: Any Rejection must be accompanied by a "Proof of Balance" uploaded through the Platform’s dispute interface. Valid proof includes a time-stamped screenshot or video from the official issuer’s website showing the invalid status or incorrect balance.
  • Verification Rights: GiftCardHub.net reserves the right to contact the issuer to verify the status of a card or the time of its last use.
  • Failure to Provide Proof: Rejections submitted without valid, verifiable proof within the 24-hour window will be disregarded, and the transaction will proceed to Automated Confirmation.

4. Disputes and Fraud

GiftCardHub.net reserves the right to freeze funds, reverse transactions, or permanently suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, including "double-dipping" (using a card after selling it) or filing false disputes. In the event of a conflict, GiftCardHub.net acts as the final arbiter based on the evidence provided by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

GiftCardHub.net is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the issuers of the gift cards traded on the platform. All brand names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Amazon, Starbucks, Walmart) are the property of their respective owners and are used on this site for identification purposes only.

6. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify support@giftcardhub.net immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GiftCardHub.net disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
  • GiftCardHub.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the total transaction value of the specific gift card in dispute.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
